important as mould making . especially for
mould exportation business . After mould
design is fully approved but before mould
machining , our team will hold a meeting
which further check the design , machining
strategy and delivery time . The detailed
production plan will be drawn up and
monitored by our project manager , who shall
submit our regular weekly report to
individual customer . we ensure our
customer’s project can be followed up
efficiently on quality and delivery aspects
to get succeed with our efforts .
